Scope of Work

The scope at each branch included: central HVAC systems designed to achieve the highest thermal comfort levels for clients and staff, FM200 fire suppression protecting server rooms and bank vaults, and intelligent early warning fire alarm systems. Durations ranged from 5 months for the Madinty branch to 8 months for the Waboor El Mayah branch in Alexandria. Every branch was handed over with a complete technical documentation file per CIB requirements.

Challenges & Solutions

CIB imposes some of the highest technical standards in the Egyptian banking sector, particularly regarding precision cooling for server rooms and gaseous suppression systems for vaults. The Waboor El Mayah branch in Alexandria also required coastal humidity-resistant equipment selection. The El Korba branch demanded meticulous execution in an upscale residential zone.
