Strategic Overview

Scope of Work

The scope included: central HVAC systems for the banking environment, FM200 fire suppression protecting server rooms and vaults, early warning fire alarm systems, and power distribution. Both branches were executed over 7-8 months due to the comprehensive fit-out scope. All systems were documented and handed over per Emirates NBD Group requirements.

Challenges & Solutions

The Emirates NBD Group imposed strict Gulf standards including dual-language documentation requirements and equipment verification against pre-approved lists. The Smouha branch in Alexandria also required coastal humidity-resistant equipment selection. We overcame these challenges through a specialized engineering team and continuous coordination with the UAE project team.

Outcome
