Strategic Overview

Engineer Gomal Selim villa is located in 5th Settlement, New Cairo—one of the most distinguished residential areas in east Cairo. Engineer Gomal Selim selected Van Tech to deliver MEP and fire protection systems for his villa at a level befitting the upscale character of the area.

Scope of Work

The scope included: concealed central HVAC system compatible with the villa interior design, fire suppression system covering all areas, early warning fire alarm system, and electrical power distribution to luxury residential standards. The project was executed over 4 months. All systems were delivered with finishing befitting a 5th Settlement villa.

Challenges & Solutions
